Personal And community Firearm safety Workshop

You and your family are enjoying a walk in the park; it is a beautiful, serene day. Kids are running around all around and the sounds of joy and laughter fill the air. This is how things should be, and all seems well! You walk by the playground and on the ground, you see a firearm discarded and no adults are in sight… Some nearby kids take notice and start approaching…

How can we keep them safe?

Ursa Major Mascot - Major Ursa the Safety Bear

The proliferation of both legal and, unfortunately, illegal firearms are a reality of the modern USA. It is our responsibility as the guardians of young ones to keep the world safe as best as we can and knowing what to do when confronted with stray firearms to turn a situation from hazardous to completely harmless.

Remove the danger, make it safer

Whether you are someone who has only seen guns in movies or own firearms yourself, the knowledge that you will learn from this workshop can keep our communities safe from abuse or misuse of these potentially dangerous tools.

We must prevent tragedy when we’re the first point of contact on a firearm. When armed with the knowledge of what to do, you can educate others how to police improper usage on the community level and prevent gun violence. Create an environment that you and your community can move forward with the freedom to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
